Any examples, setups, or scenarios shown are hypothetical and demonstrative. They have inherent limitations and do not reflect real-world trading conditions such as slippage, commissions, fees, liquidity, or the emotional and financial pressure of trading live.

During live sessions, Hayeder may comment on markets in real time. This commentary demonstrates reasoning and process for educational purposes only. It is never a recommendation, signal, or instruction for you to enter, exit, or manage any position.

Applying is free and places you under no obligation. Submitting the application form does not enroll you, reserve a place, or guarantee acceptance. Places are strictly limited to 10 and are offered at Hayeder's sole discretion after review.

The website does not process any payment. If you are offered a place, enrollment and any fees are arranged with Hayeder directly, and the applicable payment method, terms, and refund policy will be provided to you at that time. Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law, fees are non-refundable once the program has begun. If a place is cancelled by Hayeder before the program starts, any fee you have paid will be refunded or credited to a future program.

Hayeder is not responsible for outages, delays, errors, or losses arising from third-party platforms used to run the program or the community, including Discord. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hayeder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind — including trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or damages arising from third-party platform failures — resulting from your use of this website, the program, or any content provided.

All content and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose or for any trading decision.
